The average male height in the United States is 5’9”, exactly the height of PGA Tour professional Rickie Fowler. Weighing in at 150 lbs, I’d say that his weight is probably on the low end of the current U.S. weight range for his height.

So for those of you on the bottom-half of the height scale who think that they can’t possibly drive the ball 290 yards, Ricky Fowler did just that with an old school wooden Persimmon driver.
